Your 30-minute virtual fitting starts with a few simple questions to understand your needs and put you at ease. You’ll briefly show your current bra for a fit check, then continue the session fully clothed. This is your time to ask questions and get expert, personalised advice on styles, sizing, and any bra concerns.
We will follow up the call with an email detailing all of the bra sizes, bra styles and shapes which she recommended on the call. These will all be shoppable links to make the journey to a new lingerie drawer as easy as possible for you!

A properly fitted bra should feel supportive without discomfort. The band should sit firmly and evenly across your back, offering most of the support, while the cups should fully contain your breasts without any bulging or gaping. If your bra has underwires, they should frame the entire breast without digging in or resting on breast tissue. The straps should stay comfortably in place on your shoulders without slipping or causing indentation. Additionally, the center panel between the cups—called the gore—should lie flat against your chest.
Many people unknowingly wear the wrong bra size, which often leads to discomfort. A band that rides up your back indicates it's too loose, while cups that overflow or gape suggest an incorrect cup size. Underwires that dig into your skin or sit on your breast tissue rather than around it are a sign that the cup is too small or the style isn't suitable for your shape. If your shoulders ache or your straps dig in, it's likely your band isn’t providing enough support. Having to constantly readjust your bra during the day is another clear sign that your fit isn’t quite right.
Bra size can change more often than many people realise, so it’s recommended to have a professional fitting every six to twelve months. Changes in weight, hormonal shifts, pregnancy, nursing, surgery, or even aging can affect both your band and cup size. If your current bras start to feel uncomfortable, unsupportive, or no longer fit as well as they used to, it’s a good idea to schedule a re-fitting.
Choosing the right bra style depends largely on your individual breast shape. If your breasts are fuller at the top, balconette or plunge bras can provide a more natural fit and prevent gaping. Those with more fullness at the bottom might find that molded or T-shirt bras give a smoother silhouette. For asymmetrical breasts, bras with stretch lace or removable padding help even out the appearance. If your breasts are wide-set, a bra with a narrow center gore can help bring them inward for better shape and support. And if you have shallow or softer breast tissue, contour or lightly padded bras can add structure and lift.
